This is a 10 week league, each week 60 arrows will be shot all at a distance of 20 yards; 4 minutes are given to shoot 5 arrows each round for 12 rounds total. Archers are grouped by shooting style and shooting with their peers and there is a short break after 6 rounds. Two target faces are available, a single-spot target face (all arrows are shot at the single face) or a 5-spot target face (one arrow per face per round), both are shown below. The single face gives the advantage of visualizing arrow groups more easily, while the 5-spot face prevents arrow damage from subsequent shots. The "X", 5 and 4 rings are the same size on both target faces, but rings 3, 2 & 1 are absent on the 5-spot.
Scoring for single face: inner white rings are 5 points (inner white ring with "X" is marked as "X" but still counts as 5 point), blue rings (from the inside towards the outside) are 4, 3, 2 & 1 points respectively. Any arrow shot outside the blue rings (on the paper or not) is 0 points.
